Politically incorrect?

Are the colours politically correct for Chennai Corporation?

The Corporation of Chennai has been dominated by either one of the Dravidian parties  for many decades. So, this tricycle on CoC duty, sporting green and saffron with white lettering seems to have got is colours all wrong. Or is there a message in it?

Incidentally, as far as I know, Chennai is perhaps the only metro which calls its city governing body a Corporation without the suffix ‘municipal’.

Are you aware of any other ‘Corporation’ which governs  a city?
